This online group meets for six Sundays and is part grief education and part support group. It’s an opportunity to increase your grief literacy, so you can better understand all of the various aspects of processing loss, and offers time to share, support, and witness each other. No matter what kind of grief you carry, you are welcome~
Once we begin, the circle is closed and the participants will remain the same (6-10 members). We begin by learning some foundational information about grief, getting comfortable with each other, and setting the group agreements.
The group will be held in a solid container with warmth, clarity, and presence.
We will meet for six weeks on Sundays at 7:30 - 9pm Pacific Time on Zoom
Oct 11, 18, 25, Nov 1, 8, 15
All participants will have a 15 min phone call with the facilitator to ensure a good fit all around before we begin.
What is the cost?
The investment for six weeks is $145 per person. If this cost is prohibitive, please let me know and some kind of flexible pricing will be offered.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is feeling the need for support as they process grief and loss. This includes death of a loved one, divorce, empty nesting, loss of body part or function, loss of identity, retirement, pregnancy loss, pet loss, and more.
Where do we meet?
Online, via Zoom
What if I can’t make all the sessions?
You will be asked to commit to coming to all sessions in order to create a sense of group commitment and cohesion. If you know you will need to miss one, please let me know in advance.
